· A return authorization (RMA Form) must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.
· Databazaar will send you an email containing a link. On clicking this link you will be taken to a web page where you will be asked to fill out a form with your address information. On submitting this form, a USPS return label will be displayed on your screen. Print this label and affix it to the package you want to return and take it to the nearest post office where it will handled by a USPS retail associate. Databazaar will pay for the return freight ONLY for the following reasons:
-Databazaar shipping error
-Defective on Arrival - Consumables Only.
· A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all other returns.
· Returned consumables like ink and toner etc. found to be empty on return will be charged to your account.
· Returned products must be in their original packaging.
· If you choose the Refund option, a credit will be effected to your credit card on receipt of the returned product.
· If you choose the Replace option, a replacement will be sent out immediately, but if the original return is not received within two weeks, the replacement cost will be charged to your credit card.
· Special order items and discontinued items are not returnable.
· Paper products cannot be returned once opened.
· All products MUST BE returned in their original carton in order for the credit to be processed.
· Irrespective of the address on the carton, all defective material must be returned to Databazaar's main warehouse at:

· For products that are damaged in transit please notify the carrier immediately and then submit the RMA Form. If you see outward appearances of damage while receiving the goods, you may also choose to refuse delivery and inform Databazaar by e-mail (
